2 major bugs, 1 minor bug

1. if you enter customer info and go to preview/send then go back to cust info to make changes all of the customer info is gone.

2. if you add your logo url and need to edit it, the edit screen changes the url back to the default image url and you have to enter your info all over again each time you want to make a change.

3. Cannot properly format phone numbers (i.e cant put in dashes)

other than that the app if very useful
